What will happen to a plant cell if it is kept in a sugar solution?

since concentration inside plant cell is less than that of outside which is sugar solution...also can be said that water potential of sugar solution is low as compared to that of inside of plant cell...so, water will move outwards from the cell and the plant cell will become flaccid.
