What will happen to an organism if there we removed it's nucleus

Since the nucleus is known as "the brain of the cell" if it i removed, the cell will die immediately. Since the nucleus regulates all the metabolic movements of the cell; it's absence will kill the cell.

This answer is only valid for Eukaryotes as Prokaryotes  don't have a well defined nucleus but only the nucleoids floating in the cytoplasm; they will survive!
