what will happen to the few pieces of peeled potato when put in a beaker filled with 2% salt solution

endosmosis will happen

If pieces of peeled potato when put in a beaker filled with 2% salt solution osmosis takes place .
Endo-osmosis takes place,as the concentration of salt in the beaker is more than in the peeled potato (osmosis takes from higher concentration to lower concentration)
