if electron stops moving around nucleus, then two things might happen.
(i) The electron might be removed out of the atom by giving it energy.
(ii) If the electron directly stops, without any interference from anything out of the atom, it will fall on the nucleus due to the attractive force between the nucleus and the electron which seems pretty unusual.
