A ray of light is a mathematical abstraction with one dimension. They do not exist in real life.
In the maths, the rays will simple pass through each other head on. It’s just the same as what happens when you draw two lines on a bit of paper.
In real life, you get beams of light. These are 3D. When two beams of light meet head on, they pass right through each other.
