What will the answer of 3 x + 5 upon 3 minus 2 x is equal to 5 upon 3

$\frac{3x + 5}{3 - 2x} = \frac{5}{3} \\ 3(3x + 5) = 5( 3- 2x) \\ 9x + 15 = 15 - 10x \\ 19x = 0 \\ x = 0$
