hlo ✨✨

16^p = 2 ^p × 8

now making base same..
( 2^4)^p = 2^p ×( 2)^3

2 ^4p = 2^p × 2^3

4p = p + 3

4p - p = 3

3p = 3

p = 1

on putting value p = 1

(16)^1 = 2 ^1 × 8

16 = 2×8
16 = 16

hope it helps...
be brainly..
THANKYOU ✨✨
