Culture is the characteristic or specificity of any particular place. It his somehow linked to our historical values. Therefore it should be preserved as well as promoted. To promote any culture first look at the audience to which you are going to promote it. Let's say if you are going to promote it on international level you will organize exhibitions in which your country's culture would be represented in different ways. Like your dresses , your eatery or it may be any thing that is representing your country's culture. You can make videos by visiting your historical places and meeting the residents of those place and upload these videos on internet so people from different areas can watch and know about your culture.
