What will you say a body is in (a) uniform acceleration, and (b) non - acceleration ? Answer please

If velocity is changing uniformly with time then we will call it uniform acceleration. If velocity is not changing at all then it is called non acceleration.

for unform accleration l can it is in same velocity with equal interval of time.
for non -acceleration body l can say it is at stationary mode with initial velocity zero.
