rate of change of momentum = Force=mv2–mv1/time {given,time is one hour,i.e. t=1}

=m(v2–v1)

work=Force × velocity

=m(v2–v1)×v2

=1000(30-15)×30

=1000×15×30

=450Kj .Ans
