What would be the advantages of expoilting resurces with short term aims??

it created development in short period of time which help for those which do not have resources made things

If we use resources for short term then it aims at providing the benefits only for the present generation and meeting current needs but will not leave anything for future generations so using resources with long term aim will provide benefits to both present and future generations ...
