In CH3CH=CH2-CN
first carbon is sp3 hybridised (it contains 4 σ bonds)
Second and third carbon are sp2 hybridised (3 σ  bonds and 1 π bond)
Fourth carbon is sp ​hybridised ( it conains 2​σ bonds and 2 π bonds)

so the correct option is 4) Sp3,SP2,SP
