excess pressure = 2T /R where T is surface tension and R is the radius

then for expressing in terms of height of mercury.. 1 atm =760mm of Hg
now by unitary method u cn convert ur answer into it

excess pressure in case of air bubble inside water - just inside water surface
  = 2 S / r = 2 * 0.07 /0.0002  N/m^2 = 700 Pa

Excess pressure = 700 Pa = 700 Pa * 76 cm of Hg /10^5 Pa
      = 0.532  cm Hg
