Answer:

100 beats

Explanation:

Cadiac output = stroke vol x heart beat

5000 ml = 50 mL X heart beat

On solving u get 100....

Yeh question NEET me aya tha.. Ar mai ekdm sahi krke aayi thi.. Hehehe

Hope this helps you

The person heart rate is 100 beat/mL when cardiac output is 5 L volume of blood in ventricle.

Given:

Cardiac output = 5 L = 5000mL

Diastole (EDV) = 100mL

Ventricular systole (ESV) = 50mL

To find:  Heart rate

Formula to be used:  Stroke volume = EDV – ESV

Heart rate = \frac{\text { Cardtac output }}{\text { Stroke volume }}

Solution:

Stroke volume = EDV – ESV = 100mL – 50 mL = 50 mL

Heart rate = \frac{\text { Cardiac out put }}{\text { Stroke volume }}=\frac{5000 \mathrm{mL}}{50 \mathrm{mL} / \mathrm{b} t}=100 \mathrm{bt} / \mathrm{mL}
