Dr. Sadao was a famous Japanese surgeon. He went to America to study surgery and medicine. By the time his father died, he had established himself as a surgeon and scientist. Dr. Sadao Hoki’s house was built on the Japanese coast. It was a low, square stone house above a narrow beach.

If the american would not had been wounded then Dr. Sarao could had given him to the army as the wounded person was the soldier of American army and their country was at war with the americans.
He had done that so as he was true patriotic and loves his country very much.
