what would happen if fresh crop is stored without drying and why

iffresh crop is kept then it starting moistur content so we dry crops because to get rid of moisture which cause pests and germs etc. i n grains

it will get damage as we have not dried it. micro-organisms will spoil it. many animals & birds will attack on the food. as it contains moisture , it will be spoiled by micro-organisms. so,you should dry the fresh crops before storing.
