then th food in cell will be floating all around in the cytoplasm

Lysosomes wont be formed as golgi apparatus is involved in formation of lysosomes. so, the waste of cell wont be disposed and the cell will apparantly, die. Also, the packaging of all products, and transportation will also not take place.
