The tin roof will fly off.
Because the velocity over the roof is high, and hence the pressure is low. On the other hand, velocity of wind under the roof is low, so, the pressure is high.
According Bernoulli's theorem,(not sure it is theorem or principle)
Air flows from higher pressure to lower pressure.
Therefore, the tin roof moves upwards because the pressure lifts the roof.
