Answer:

IF WE WERE INDEPENDENT BY 1937. If India had gotten it's independence by 1937. Then, we would have to choose sides and participate in the WWII as we are in the close proximity to Japan, who was one of the major Axis powers. This would hamper our current Non-Alligned position in the world politics and may have lost some of our current allies. However, if we have gotten independence by 1937, we wouldn't have lost many of our brave leaders such as Subhash Chandra Bose, etc. This would have strengthened the Indian political representation.

1. IF WE WERE INDEPENDENT BY 1937. If India had gotten it's independence by 1937. This would hamper our current Non-Alligned position in the world politics and may have lost some of our current allies. However, if we have gotten independence by 1937, we wouldn't have lost many of our brave leaders such as Subhash Chandra Bose, etc. This would have strengthened the Indian political representation.

2. IF WE WERE INDEPENDENT BY 1957. If we were independent by 1957, then the biggest impact would have been the death of Muhammad Ali Jinnah and Mahatma Gandhi, both of whom died in 1948. The absence of these two from the Indian Political Scenario during Independence will have highly impacted the conditions of the formed Independent Country/Countries, as Pakistan and Bangladesh may not have been formed.
