What would happen if poultry birds are larger in size and have no summer adaptation capacity?

If the poultry birds have no summer adaptation capacity then it will be very difficult for them to survive in equatorial countries like India where summer is long and very hot. If they are big in size that will generate more body heat and will make them suffer much more.
 
We could use the following processes :
i) we could provide a bird bath filled with fresh and clean water to the birds to drink and bath;
ii) we could provide deep shade planting shrubs, native trees, plants etc. to the bird and cover them from the scorching heat of the sun;
iii) we could provide good nutritional food with well stocked feeder.
