What would happen if there is no diaphragm?

If diaphragm is not present in our body there wint be any high/low pressure whih is createf in or outside the lungs.and then the lungs wont function /work properly and the air we breathe doesn't rush into our body in a proper way and that leads to the stopping of breathing and respiration and if these two processes .
