Rajinder lent a sum of Rs 3200 to suresh at the rate of 6% interest per annum. Sresh paid Rs 3680 to clear the debt . How long did suresh use rajinder's money?

r= 6%

SI= amount-principal
SI= 3680-3200
=480

t= SI ×100/p×r
t= 480×100/3200×6
t= 2.5 yrs

time= we have to find...
given, amount..

now, we have to find time
For that first we will find SI

SI = Amount - Principal

= 3680-3200
= 480
SI = 480
NOW ,


=》[P×R×T ]/100.= SI
.=》[3200 × 6× T]/100 = 480
=》3200× 6T = 480×100 ( by transposing 100 )
=》6T= 48000/3200
=》 6T = 15
=》 T= 15/6 ( by transposing 6)
=》 T= 2.5 years
Time = two and a half years
