Photosynthesis takes place in presence of oxygen and sunlight . Water is equally essential . In this process plants can make their own food in form of glucose . Thus if there would be no photosynthesis then plants would not be able to make their own food and without food they can die . How can someone survive without food ? Plants does nt depend on any other creature for there food . Plants need food to survive , but they can make this only during photosynthesis . If photosynthesis does nt takes place then food chain and it will dis balance the ecology system .
