So dear , you know coke fizz because there is high pressure in coke can than the surrounding . so , the coke will fizz more at the top of hill because hill has low pressure and there is a high pressure under sea . so , it will either fizz a little or not at all .

Answer:
A coke fizz is caused as it is kept under high pressure inside the bottle. As soon as we open the bottle cap, the pressure it was under becomes normal. The air pressure is low in higher altitudes like at the top of a hill, so it will fizz more. But, if it is kept under high pressure like at the bottom of a sea, it will fizz very little or it may not fizz.
