What would happen to monkeys if there were no trees or forest

Life could't exist on earth, if there will be no trees or forest. Because for a mokey the process of photosynthesis is very important, in the process of photosynthesis monkey takes oxygen,that is totally depends on trees and forest. so, that's why if trees do not exist monkey also not exist
