firstly i will tell them about the harmful effects of smoking how it lead us to many diseases then i will advice them not to smoke as their life is very precious for him as well as for his family also .i will try to make them understand that life is very precious so do not waste their life for such a bad things like smoking . also smokinh effects our health so much it makes us lazy he must leave that and start regular exercise to make himself healty and fit
