What would you do if your friend did not do what she promised

Explanation: The first thing i would do is confront her and ask her why she did not do what she promised. If it is a valid reason I will forgive her but if it is not I will gently explain to her that if we cannot do something then we should not false promise someone. i will tell her not to repeat this again
