There is no single definition to Intelligence and Intelligence is such a broad term that it changes its nature based on various parameters like the knowledge one possesses,the skill set one has,the way one tackles problems etc.
In my opinion Intelligence is the persons ability to make use of the available knowledge and resources to arrive at the desired result.

yes, sharp mind person intelligent.but no one say to intelligent because he is not topper.
