a task or action that one is required to perform as part of one's job is duty whereas the state or fact of being accountable or to blame for something is responsibility

hello frnd
_______

DIFFRENCE BETWEEN DUTY N RESPONSIBILITY.

RESPONSIBILITY IS NOT A PART OF JOB.

its have no work limitations.
we handle every situations with self pressure not a pressure of human force. responslity is not undertaking to any one we are only the leader. how to take dicisions.

responsibilities give to us from another people when he she believed on us.

DUTY

ITS A PART OF Job.
its in limitations like 4 hour 6 . 8 hours.
duty like in under pressure of seniors there we cant take self decisions. how to maintain any situation.
bcz in the duty time we are a servent of other peoples.

duty work gave us with pressure and force .
Based on the foundation of understanding and knowledge base, the duties must be accepted and understood.

Duties of one hand can be seen as terms of reference, job description or behavior - and all this is ... but duty is not only about fixing things, it is about talking right..
