Oxoacid- An Oxoacid is an acid that contains oxygen. It is a compound that contains hydrogen, oxygen, and at least one other element.

Oxyacids- Oxyacidis any oxygen containing acid.

Basically, Any acid containing oxygen is called oxoacid  and any  oxygen containing  acid called oxyacid.
