Job opportunities in India are very scarce.. There is abundance labour in our country who are willing to work but not all get the jobs that they desire for due to lack of knowledge and skills, which are an essential factor for entrepreneurship...
THE PROBLEM
In India the level of illiteracy is evidently high enough . So people are forced to work in the unorganised sector that mainly provides jobs such as agriculture which require lots of physical effort too.
DISADVANTAGE
However the earnings that they get are still meagre and insufficient to feed their stomachs..there exists no job security in the unorganised sector and the rules and regulations are not followed in practice.
There is hardly any provision for pay leaves, holidays etc But still people are forced to work for such minimum wages even if it requires them to live in a bare subsistence level..
