Wheat dough if left in the open after few days starts to emite a foul smell and become unfit to use because it gets infefted with fungus due to moisture in the atmosphere. These fungus spreads rapidly and spoils the food . So the food starts rotting and giving out foul smell. It becomes unfit to use . If wr consume it we might get food poisoning .
