Answer:

let the numerator be"a"

denominator= "b"

as given =  a-2/b+3=1/4   [cross multiply}

4a-8=b+3 {SOLVE}

=4a-b=11

now 6 is added to numerator and denominator is multiplied by 3

= a+6/3b=2/3 {cross}

=3a+18=2b

a+6=2b....

4a-b-4a-24=11-8b

7b=35

b=35/7

5

but a = 4

so a/b=4/5
