when a 24 volt battery is connected to a registor the current in it is 0.4 A what is the resistance of the resistor. what would be current through it when it is connected to battery of 6 v

Hey.....

Given :- V= 24V , I = 0.4 A
Find :- R = ?
Answer :- V = IR
= 24= 0.4×R
= 24/0.4 = R
= 60π ( ohms)
= V= IR
= 24 = I ×60
= 24 /60 = I
= I = 0.4
___________________________________6 = I×60
6/60 = I
I = 0.1 ..
