When a body moves in SHM and complete one oscillation in one second then what will it's angular frequency

Answer:
I think the answers so far miss the point. I don’t think the question is what is the definition of angular frequency it is what has this got to do with angular frequency when something oscilates to and fro in a straight line?
In times gone by an experiment was tur have a record turntable with variable speed. To put a mark on the turntable and set a pendulum swinging alongside the rotating turntable. Matching hte frequencies and gettng the two in phase was not easy but once achieved it was possible to see that when viewed from the side - the dot on the turntable matched the movement of the pendulum. This was a practical attempt to show that the position of an object undergoing SHM can be reprresented by a rotating object. The frequency of the oscillation was the same as the angular frequency (angular speed) of the turntable.
More formally we reperesnt SHM by a rotating vetcor called a phasor - againthe angular frequency/speed of the phasor equals the frequency of the oscillation.
