Find the increased:

Increased in water = 2/3 - 1/2 = 1/6

increased in water = 11 - 10 = 1 kg

Find the weight of 1/2 bucket of water without the bucket:

1/6 of the water = 1 kg

3/6 of the water = 1 x 3 - 3 kg

Find the weight of the water when it is full:

Weight of the bucket when it is full = 10 + 3 = 13 kg

Answer: The weight is 13 kg.
