Hence,for the first block.

\sf\frac{1}{2}m (\sf{1000^2-200^2}) ∞ \sf{t_1}

Now,for the second block.

\sf\frac{1}{2}m (\sf{200^2-0^2}) ∞ \sf{t_2}

\implies \sf\frac{t_1}{t_2} = \sf\frac{1000^2-200^2}{200^2} = \sf{24}
