s1 = ut + 0.5at^2
u = 0.
10×2π = 0.5×a×9
9a = 40π
a = (40/9)π
s2 = ut + 0.5at^2
s2 = 0.5×(40/9)×π×36
s2 = 80π
Hence angular displacement in next three seconds is
s2 - s1
= 60π
No. of revolutions = (60π/2π) = 30.
Hence in the next 3s the fan makes 30 revolutions.
