when a cell reproduces the NA is duplicated and later coiled into chromosomes and then these chromosomes are distributed in different cells
janhviisbest: During cell division, DNA also gets replicated. It means the two strands of DNA unwinds and each strand makes its complementary strand and two strands are formed. This process of DNA synthesis takes place during the interphase prior to the cell division.
