1. A CIRCUIT IS SAID TO BE CLOSED WHEN THE ELECTRICITY IS PASSING WHOLE THROUGH THE CIRCUIT.
2. A CIRCUIT IS SAID TO BE OPEN WHEN THE CIRCUIT IS NOT COMPLETE I.E. WHEN ELECTRICITY IS NOT PASSING THROUGHOUT THE CIRCUIT.
