DCMO is a common cause of heart attack. It stands for Diffuse capillary malformation with overgrowth (DCMO) that describes extensive reticular vascular staining with proportionate overgrowth. It is differentiated from Klippel-Trenaunay Syndrome in that KTS is a triad of a capillary-lymphatic-venous malformation (CLVM) in a limb whereas DCMO has an extensive capillary malformation.
