When you dele te a f ile, it is only temporary del eted, and is stored in the rec ycle bin. If you want to d elete an ap p, you would have to go to Start->Unin stall programs-> and de lete the app permanen tly. if you want to del ete a "f ile" perma nently, just right click the fil e -> dele te -> rig ht clic k rec ycle bin -> empty recy cle bin, and the fi le is dele ted perman ently.
