For impulse we need force, and for that we need acceleration

a =  \frac{v - u}{t}  \\ a = \frac{8 - 6}{4}  \\ a = 2 \div 4 \\ a = 0.5m {s}^{ - 2}

Force:

F=10×0.5

F = 5N

Impulse= F∆t

Impulse = 5×4

Impulse = 20N
