When a gas jar containing air is inverted over a gas jar containing bromine vapour the reday bromine vapour diffuse into air. How does this happen

this is because bromine have high kinetic energy so they go up against gravity (in this case)and diffuse with air

Molecules of a gas has high kinetic energy and therefore, they tend to move rapidly from one place to another. Hence, gases has the ability to diffuse at a faster rate. As a result, bromine vapors diffuse into air due to their high kinetic energy.
