when a human being touch the main wire he gets a electric shock but when the birds sit on it but they doesn't get the electric shock. why?

Birds sitting on a wire is essentially tapping on a single node in an electrical circuit, which does not complete the circuit. Humans, on the other hand, gets a shock upon holding a significantly high-voltage node because we are standing on the ground, and thus provides a path (through your body) to the ground for current to flow. Depending on your body’s effective insulation (resistance), you might feel a shock.

Birds don't get shock because their bodies are not good conductors of electricity
While for us it I exactly opposite!
