When a metal X is dipped ina blue coloured solution Y. the colour of the solution turns green due to the formation of substances Z. Name X,Y,Z and also type of reaction involved.​

X is zinc .

Y is the solution of CuSo4.

Z is ZnSo4.

this is displacement reaction

Y=CuSO4

Z=FeSO4

X=Fe

This is due to displacement reaction

On adding Fe into CuSO4 which is blue in color it's get converted into FeSO4 which is green in color
