initial velocity= h/3

final velocity = 0

acceleration = -10 m/s^2

using third equation of motion

v^2-u^2=2as

0 - (h/3)^2=2×-10×h

-h^2/9=-20h

h=20×9=180 m

so initial velocity = (h/3) m/s

=180/3. m/s

= 60 m/s
