When a person's cloth catches fire we should quickly wrap them in a thick blanket because blanket is made up of wool and wool is an insulator of heat and if we wrap them in a blanket the heat is absorbed. We should roll him on the ground because the sand on the ground is and also an insulator which will also help in absorbing the heat.
