when a piece of paper and a coin are dropped from the same height simultaneously the coin reaches the ground first and paper takes some time in reaching to the ground.it we crumpie up the piece of paper in the form of a ball and let the two drop from the same height again they reach the ground almost at the same time.explain the science behind this activitt? with solved

If you drop a paper and coin simultaneously in vacuum then both would reach on the same time but if you drop it on earth then due to air resistance the paper reaches late.
But as u crumble the paper and then drop then the air is not capable enough to keep it in air.
The science behind both paper and coin reaching on the same time is that the acceleration towards the ground is same (acceleration due to gravity) so if no external force is applied then they would reach the ground on same time.
