your answer is no.......because when a substance undergoes chemical change it leads to the change into both its physical and chemical properties .....for ex

..on burning of paper it turns into ash

no it can't be reversed because in chemical change all the properties of substance chemically changes like structure of atom or molecules which can't be reversed through the simple physical methods ,to reverse the change more complicated methods are used which are not easy .
